Hunter mentioned, “The cancer has spread, metastasized into his bones and further. It’s very painful and debilitating in many respects.” A spokesman for the 83-year-old former president declined to comment on Hunter Biden's statements.
In May 2025, Biden disclosed that he had been diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of prostate cancer, just four months after leaving the White House. At that time, he indicated that the cancer had already spread to his bones.
By October, a Biden spokesman announced that the former president was undergoing radiation therapy and hormone treatment for the disease.
