Maj.-Gen. (res.) Saar Tzur retired after 35 years of distinguished service in the IDF. He formerly commanded the Northern Corps and the Multi-Domain Maneuver Array. He is now the founder and CEO of an international strategic advisory and execution company specializing in national resilience and military transformation. He is also the Chairman of GENESIS, WorldQuant's venture investment fund, which focuses on AI, deep-tech, and defense innovation. He also serves as an advisor to venture capital funds, defense-tech companies, and governments on multi-domain operations, force design, and advanced military capabilities.
