A number of Knesset members, including Blue and White leader Benny Gantz, the chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Gabi Ashkenazi, MK Orna Barbai and MK Alon Schuster visited Kibbutz Nahal Oz while a rocket was sounded, The Jerusalem Post's sister publication Maariv reported. The rockets were fired while tensions remain high over the release of US President Donald Trump's “Deal of the Century.” Incoming rocket sirens were activated in the communities of Sufa and Nir Yitzhak, and a statement by the Eshkol Regional Council said that a rocket landed in an open area on Saturday night, causing no damage or injuries.
