Haifa-based HydroSight, which is developing an AI platform for mapping and analyzing the seabed, has emerged from stealth and announced a $5 million seed round. The round was led by StageOne Ventures, with participation from Vertex Ventures and HiCenter Ventures' National Center for the Blue Economy.

The company, founded in late 2025 and currently employing five people, is developing a system to analyze marine survey data for ports, energy companies, telecommunications cable operators, and additional maritime infrastructure operators. The funds will be used to expand the team, develop AI capabilities, and expand operations in Israel and globally.
