The FACTORY 54 CAFE chain continues to expand its activity in Israel and is launching a new fifth branch, this time at TLV Mall in Tel Aviv. The move is part of the broader strategy of the FACTORY 54 Group, which seeks to extend the brand experience beyond the worlds of fashion and traditional retail into culture, hospitality, and lifestyle.
The new branch, with an investment of NIS 800,000, was designed in the spirit of classic European cafés, but with a contemporary and minimalist interpretation. At the center of the space stands a marble counter in Calacatta Crema, alongside the use of natural stone, dark walnut wood, and warm lighting that give the place an elegant, intimate atmosphere. The design language aims to create a refined and calm hospitality experience, reminiscent of boutique cafés in European cities such as Paris and Milan.
On the culinary side as well, the chain continues to collaborate with leading players from the local coffee and patisserie scene. The coffee menu is based on mae beans, and baristas undergo professional training in order to create a precise and personalized coffee experience. Alongside the hot drinks, there will also be matcha beverages from Mix & Matcha, pastries and desserts developed in collaboration with Dallal Bakery, vegan chocolates from Piece Of Nature, smoothies, functional drinks, and a cocktail menu.
In parallel with its café operations, the chain is also continuing to promote the group’s BOOK CLUB initiative - a cultural project in which a selected book is sold each month in the chain’s branches. The initiative was born from a desire to connect the worlds of fashion, literature, art, and culture, and to encourage a moment of pause and inspiration as part of the venue’s overall experience.
