Three sites in the Ramat Gan area caught fire in what is suspected to be arson, Israel's Fire and Rescue Authority announced on Friday morning.
Seven people were treated for smoke inhalation and evacuated for medical attention with light injuries.
The police have opened an investigation into the fires. At this stage, investigators do not have an initial indication of the identity of the arsonists or the motive.
Settlers burn Palestinian homes in West Bank
On Wednesday, a group of Israeli settlers reportedly set fire to several Palestinian residents’ homes in the village of Tuba in the West Bank, according to an IDF statement on the incident released on Thursday.
Upon their arrival, police officers searched the area and found burned buildings, graffiti, and destroyed property.
According to a Haaretz report, some six Palestinians were wounded in the attack, including four children aged 5, 6, 8 and 10, as well as a 35-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man.
