Noa Kirel, Idan Amedi, and Itay Levi will be participating in the Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) “Forest of Stars” Festival, which will be held from July 26 to August 13.
The headline concerts will be held in northern and southern Israel, the KKL-JNF said, in recognition of the ongoing support for the rehabilitation of communities affected by the war, while the main theme will be “to salute the resilience of the Israeli public and those on the front lines.”
In addition to Kirel, Amedi, and Levi, several other celebrities will be present, including Tuna, Sarit Hadad, Zehava Ben, Netta Barzilai, Pe’er Tasi, Ben Tzur, and Ivri Lider.
There will also be a family-themed event called “Stars by Lantern Light,” which will include a drum circle, an evening lantern-lit walk through the forest, and campfire stories.
‘Bring culture and joy back to these regions’
“Now, we see it as a national mission to bring culture and the joy of everyday life back to these regions," said KKL-JNF Chairman Eyal Ostrinsky.
"At a time when the Israeli public continues to face ongoing challenges, the 'Forest of Stars' Festival is designed to give families across the country the opportunity to enjoy accessible summer events close to home, while coming together to honor civilian resilience and pay tribute to the security forces," he added.
