Israel’s premier English-language comedy circuit, Comedy for Koby, is returning this fall for its Sukkot tour with actor and comedian Michael Rapaport at the top of the bill.
Known for his unfiltered, high-energy New York style, the Atypical and Friends actor will join tour founder Avi Liberman for three nights of stand-up.
The tour stops in Herzliya on September 29, moves to Jerusalem on September 30, and wraps up in Tel Aviv on October 1.
The 2026 tour marks 25 years since the establishment of The Koby Mandell Foundation.
Michael Rapaport takes comedy act to Israel
As with all of the network’s biannual comedy events, 100% of the ticket proceeds go toward funding the foundation’s therapeutic programs and camps for Israeli families affected by terror and tragedy.
Rapaport, who has spent the last few years as one of the most vocal defenders of Israel in Hollywood, joins a long list of American comedians who have partnered with the charity to bring English stand-up to local audiences.
The Koby Mandell Foundation was founded in 2001 by Rabbi Seth and Sherri Mandell after their 13-year-old son, Koby, was killed by terrorists. The foundation provides emotional and psychological support for Israeli families who have lost loved ones to terror and tragedy.
Its flagship program is Camp Koby, a therapeutic camp that helps bereaved children process trauma alongside peers with shared experiences. The organization also hosts support groups and healing retreats for widows, widowers, and grieving parents across the country.
