Support for both the Yashar! party and Likud increased this week, while backing for Naftali Bennett continued to decline, a Channel 13 News poll published on Wednesday showed.
According to the poll, if elections were held today, Benjamin Netanyahu and Gadi Eisenkot would each lead with 23 seats, an increase of two seats for each party compared with a previous poll.
Bennett continued to lose ground in recent days, receiving just 13 seats, his lowest result to date in the channel’s polls. Yisrael Beytenu, led by Avigdor Liberman, followed with 10 seats. The Democrats fell by two seats to nine, tying with United Torah Judaism.
Otzma Yehudit, led by Itamar Ben-Gvir, has eight seats, Shas won seven, and Ra’am, led by Mansour Abbas, received five.
The Bayit Tzioni party, led by Yoaz Hendel and Chili Tropper, also gained support, reaching five seats. Hadash-Ta’al received four seats, as did Bezalel Smotrich’s Religious Zionist Party, though it fell by one seat. Benny Gantz’s Blue and White and Balad remained below the electoral threshold.
By political bloc, the opposition parties received 60 seats, compared with 51 for the coalition. The Arab parties won a combined nine seats.

The poll also examined how certain respondents were about which bloc they would support. Forty-nine percent said they were certain they would vote for the opposition bloc, 35% for the coalition bloc, 10% remained undecided, and 6% described themselves as voters who move “between the blocs.”
On the question of suitability to serve as prime minister, Eisenkot held a significant lead over Netanyahu, 47% to 36%. In a matchup between Netanyahu and Bennett, the former prime minister also held an advantage, with 45% supporting Bennett and 40% for Netanyahu.
