Gov't warns against bringing Four Species into Israel without authorization ahead of Sukkot

"And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of a majestic tree, palm branches, boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook" (Leviticus 23:40). The Sages determined that this refers to the etrog.
