A new Israeli resort has opened in Cyprus where the price does not rise in the summer

As someone who has already experienced a retreat or two, visited wellness complexes, and developed a natural suspicion toward promises that come with vacations of this type, I asked during a conversation with the owner of the Secret Forest, Yoni Kahana, why the price of a vacation at his establishment does not change during peak season. He answered me with a half smile: "Tell me, does the price of Cipralex change in July–August?" – And this sentence truly sums up everything.

The new female space in the Secret Forest in the Cyprus mountains, Hava, was born out of a very specific need that arose from the ground: More and more women who requested to come to the forest alone, to find a quiet corner for themselves and breathe. This space was created to give them exactly that. A place for women only, which allows leaving the overload outside, lowering the stress level, and creating a completely different frequency of inner quiet and softness.

The accommodation complex includes seven designed rooms in the main building and eight wooden cabins among the orchards. The special combination of staying in nature with the amazing attention to details of the design and the amenities of the room, creates a complete envelope of hospitality that feels like a good, deep, and continuous breath.

In every room wait robes, drink bottles, small treats from the staff, and simply everything needed to recharge all the energies anew. In the communal space of the women, there are pleasant and comfortable areas to read a book in, start a conversation with someone you have not met yet, step into an ice bath, or sweat a little in the sauna.

The facilitators at Hava have a high awareness that a sense of obligation and limitation actually prevents any possibility of personal development, and therefore regularly emphasize that everyone is welcome to participate in whichever workshops she wants, whenever she wants, and in a way that feels comfortable to her.

All the workshops in which I participated were heart-expanding, not intrusive in a way that causes discomfort, and delivered in an accessible manner even to those who have no connection to the spiritual world. They are adapted for women who came to take a timeout from intensive life. There is, while walking around the space, an atmosphere of non-judgment, mental quiet, and genuine love for life. These values are not just written on the flyer in an attempt to sell, they are truly embedded in every corner of the place, from the cleaning staff to the Pilates instructors.

The schedule from which the workshops and contents are composed is airy and allows you to build the perfect vacation for you. Whether you want to schedule a massage in the Secret Forest complex after yoga, or whether you prefer to enjoy a healthy, tasty, and nutritious lunch after a workshop that delves into making right decisions in moments of crisis.

When all this magic happens in the heart of wild and green nature, there is no substitute for these energies, at least not anywhere else located within a 40-minute flight.

I say with a whole heart, as someone who tends by nature to look first for the disadvantages in the places she arrives at, the farm is one of the adventures that I wish for every woman to feel in her life.

To feel true respect for yourself and your surroundings, to enjoy attentive and loving service, when all this is accompanied by a view that until you see it with your eyes, you cannot imagine it from any picture. The farm calls for women to arrive alone, together, with a mother, with a friend, and basically however you feel like – Because the infrastructure here is true freedom, just as the poet intended.

The price for a week at the farm from Sunday to Thursday is €1,125 per participant, and a weekend costs €1,000. The price includes flights, transfers, two large and rich meals, all the special workshops, and the facilities of the complex.
