Fattal Hotel Group has announced the establishment of the NYX Dead Sea Hotel, which will be built on the site where the Leonardo Inn Dead Sea previously operated. As part of the project, the hotel will undergo a complete ground-up reconstruction, including a comprehensive transformation of the building, infrastructure, and hospitality experience, culminating in its opening as an entirely new hotel under the NYX brand.
Upon completion of the project, Fattal will continue to operate four hotels in the Dead Sea: Herods Dead Sea, Leonardo Plaza Dead Sea, Leonardo Club Dead Sea, and NYX Dead Sea, which, as noted, will replace the Leonardo Inn. Construction work is expected to begin toward the end of the year, with the hotel's opening scheduled for early 2028.
A modern water park will also be built
The new hotel will span 44 dunams (10.87 acres) and feature 182 rooms, including 37 rooms with private pools, alongside a central swimming pool, an advanced wellness complex with 11 treatment rooms, a saltwater pool, a solarium, a restaurant, a kids' club, a gym, meeting rooms, and a multifunctional hall.
