Shapir Real Estate is advancing construction of a 204-unit residential development in Yehud-Monosson, with apartments starting at approximately NIS 3.15 million and occupancy expected in 2028, the company announced.

The Gadot Pinat Savyon project is being built in the new Gadot neighborhood adjacent to Savyon and will consist of three residential buildings overlooking a planned 90-dunam park.

The development will include approximately 2,250 square meters of shared spaces across the three buildings, including work and meeting areas, gyms, residents' lounges, private screening rooms and hosting spaces, according to Shapir.

Some of the common areas will face the park, while the project is planned to have direct pedestrian access to it. The park along Nahal Ono is expected to include walking and cycling paths, sports and playground facilities, ecological areas and community spaces.

The development is also located near the planned route of the Purple Line of the Tel Aviv light rail, which is expected to connect Yehud-Monosson with employment and commercial centers in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. The Gadot neighborhood has attracted several major residential developments built around the planned park and future light-rail access.

Prices start at NIS 3.15 million

Shapir said three-room apartments measuring around 80 sq.m., with a roughly 14 sq.m. balcony, will start at approximately NIS 3.15 million. Four-room apartments of around 120 sq.m., including a roughly 20 sq.m. balcony, will start at NIS 4.2 million, while five-room apartments will start at approximately NIS 4.45 million.

Construction is underway, with foundation work completed and work beginning on the ground floor, according to the company.

The project was designed by Yasky Architects, the Tel Aviv firm headed by architects Shaul and Yuval Yasky.

“We are seeing an expansion in the considerations families take into account when choosing a home,” said Tali Cohen, vice president of marketing at Shapir Real Estate. “Buyers examine the quality of the apartment, but also the public space, shared services, transportation accessibility and the environment in which the family conducts its daily life.”
