This recipe is exactly what you need in the middle of the week: Quick, simple, filling, and based on ingredients that can be found in almost every kitchen.

The magic here is in the cooking method – everything is cooked together in one pot, so the pasta absorbs the sauce and spices from the very beginning and gains a deep, comforting flavor. Ingredients:

Oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, minced
Half a teaspoon sweet paprika
Half a teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
1 can tomato paste (100 g)
1 package pasta
Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and lightly sauté the garlic cloves.

  2. Add paprika, salt, pepper, and chicken soup powder and mix.

  3. Add the tomato paste and cook while stirring until the acidity of the paste mellows and the aroma becomes deeper and richer.

  4. Add the pasta and mix well so it is coated with the spices and sauce.

  5. Add water until the pasta is covered and cook while stirring occasionally.

  6. When the pasta is ready and the liquid has reduced – serve hot alongside schnitzel and fresh vegetable salad.
