Hungary expels 10 Russian diplomats, foreign minister says in major break from Viktor Orban era

"(Those expelled) were engaged in activities in Hungary that are unacceptable for diplomats under the Vienna Convention," Hungarian Foreign Minister Anita Orban said in a statement.
