Thirty-six people were seriously injured in the Saturday morning quake in East Nusa Tenggara province, while 77 had minor injuries, Deputy Health Minister Benjamin Paulus Octavianus said.

According to Indonesia’s National Disaster Management Authority, several agencies have been mobilized in response to the seismic activity to assess damage and locate people trapped underneath rubble.

Later, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) on Tuesday afternoon stated that a cargo vessel was struck by an unknown projectile off the coast of Al Mokha, Yemen.

Search and rescue is working to rescue people from the water after the ferry carrying 250 people caught fire.

Forty-nine survivors were located in total since the boat sank last week, though another 20 people reportedly remain missing as the search continues.
