Israeli officials believe that protesters who returned to the streets in large numbers would “will get slaughtered” by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and other security forces.

So far, Magen David Adom has said that only two people were injured as a result of the missiles, and that it had evacuated at least five people to the emergency room for anxiety. 

The Wall Street Journal reported that Iranians on the ground have been transmitting information in Persian through Israeli social media accounts.

“Regime change may be a consequence of the operation; it does not necessarily have to be part of the military campaign itself,” Sa'ar said.

A Saudi defense ministry official stated that the attack did not damage the facility, but that it was carried out by a drone.
