More than 10 EU countries eager to contribute to Lebanon mission, EU foreign policy chief says

The proposed mission stems from the EU studying ways to strengthen Lebanese forces to help free up the Lebanese ​army to focus on disarming the terrorist group Hezbollah.

Lebanese army to increase deployment of soldiers to 10,000 troops in southern Lebanon
