The balloon that conquered

The balloon clothing trend that shook social networks and the most prestigious catwalks in the world lands directly into the new and hot denim collection of the beloved brand Twentyfourseven for women and men. If there is one thing this collection proves, it is that you do not have to compromise on style for comfort: The balloon fit presents precise volume, a breathtaking silhouette, and a correct, updated look that cannot be ignored. The brand presents an urban look identified with the label, a wide variety of relaxed fits in a selection of washes and shades that bring freedom of movement to a new peak, star prints, and elements that add a dash of nostalgic–futuristic style to any look. The new collection was shot on the streets of Copenhagen and brings with it a young and free spirit, in an updated interpretation of everyday denim–the kind you put on in the morning and do not want to take off until night.

Resetting the drawer

If there is one thing the beauty world loves this season, it is an effortless, glowing look, soft, un-overdone lips, and makeup that stays long after the selfie is behind us. Lancôme enters this niche with four new products.

Lip Idôle Cuddle Blur: A velvety lipstick that gives lips a soft, blurred effect, with a fuller look and a feeling of moisture. The texture also functions as a primer and helps blur fine lines, while the large applicator makes the process quick and easy. In the Glow department comes Juicy Tubes Highlighter in a light jelly texture, which adds a fresh touch of shine, subtle illumination, or a glowing look to the cheeks. So that the investment does not disappear after a few hours, the Skin Idôle Makeup Magnet Setting Mist sets makeup using Makeup Magnet technology, leaving skin fresh with a natural, glowing finish. And before leaving the house, the step that must not be skipped: UV Expert Supra Screen SPF50–a light serum with niacinamide, vitamin E, and skincare ingredients for protection against UVA and UVB rays as well as urban pollution. It absorbs quickly, leaving no white layer or greasy feel.

Therapy in the bath

There is something about a beauty regimen that turns an everyday action into a few minutes of quiet. Exactly along this line comes THERAPY–the new care collection from Laline, which brings scents, textures, and the feeling of a small moment for ourselves to the care routine.

In the collection: Body wash, lotion and body oil, hand cream and soap, body mist, shampoo, and conditioner–all in rich formulas and pampering textures, combining ingredients of natural origin. At its center are two fragrances, each taking the care ritual in a different direction: Relaxing Lavender combines lavender with bergamot, cardamom, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and geranium in a deep, warm, and soothing scent; and Balancing Geranium, which connects geranium, lavandin, and lemon into a fresh and elegant composition. All products in the series are dermatologically tested, contain over 86% ingredients of natural origin, and are 100% vegan. The formulas contain no silicones, parabens, GMOs, or SLS, as part of the brand's commitment to clean, high-quality formulas.

A real man

The Issey Miyake brand deepens its olfactory exploration of elements from nature and launches Le Sel d'Issey for men. While the iconic perfume L'Eau d'Issey explored the essence of water in the 1990s, the new creation focuses on salt–an essential, mineral, and powerful element. Signed by perfume artist Quentin Bisch, the fragrance presents a dialogue between marine freshness and earthy depth. The composition, woody–marine, opens with a sharp sea salt accord combined with stimulating ginger, continues with heart notes of seaweed and Madagascar vetiver providing a green–earthy roughness, and seals with a deep woody base of cedarwood and amber. The launch emphasizes sustainability and aesthetics: The perfume is based on a vegan formula containing about 95% ingredients of natural origin and recycled alcohol. Tokujin Yoshioka designed a bottle made from 20% recycled glass with a refill mechanism, and the packaging incorporates 10% natural recycled seaweed as part of the brand's environmental responsibility.

Fashion and lifestyle house Montblanc expands its iconic men's fragrance series and launches Legend Elixir, the fifth and most concentrated perfume in the line. The new edition is designed for the man who acts out of passion and purpose, expressing a powerful, unapologetically sensual presence. The scent opens with a seductive freshness of bergamot and lavender merging with the spicy energy of pink pepper and cardamom. At the heart of the fragrance is an elegant combination of iris, warm sage, and a delicate touch of pomarose, while the base seals with a rich, addictive trail of vanilla, amber, and aromatic woods.

Fighting humidity

 Humid-Defy Mist. (credit: PR)

Do you know that moment when you step out of the air conditioner, meet the humidity outside, and your carefully styled blow-dry turns frizzy? In the Israeli summer, humidity is one of hair's biggest enemies–causing it to absorb water from the air, swell, lose shine, and become frizzy, even after a blow-dry or heat styling. LY Investments B.M. LTD imports professional hair care brand LABEL.M from TONI&GUY to Israel, which is launching Humid-Defy Mist in Israel: A styling spray based on heat-activated technology that creates an invisible protective layer around hair fibers. The spray helps repel humidity, smooth the hair cuticle, maintain a smooth and shiny look over time, shorten drying time by about 35%, and protect from heat up to 230 degrees. Spray on damp hair before blow-drying, and later integrate during styling with heat tools.

In humidity and water test demonstrations, differences can be seen between hair untreated with the product and hair treated with Humid-Defy Mist. The protective layer helps reduce humidity penetration and maintain a smooth hair cuticle. One of the tests was conducted by Cos Sakkas, Global Artistic Director of TONI&GUY and LABEL.M, who has three times won the title of British Hairdresser of the Year. The product is suitable for hair prone to frizz and swelling, hair that undergoes regular blow-drying, colored, bleached, curly, or unruly hair, as well as natural hair wigs and hair extensions, which react to humidity similarly to natural hair.

Beauty in a click

An intriguing step in the beauty world: Hamashbir chain understands exactly what our skin needs and is launching a dermo-cosmetics category for the first time. Alongside familiar luxury and makeup brands, you will find brands such as CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, VICHY, and SeboCalm on the chain's online site.

Hamashbir's move comes as a response to the trend in the dermo-cosmetics market in Israel, which is estimated at around NIS 600 million a year and shows continuous double-digit growth. The engine behind the boom is growing awareness of skin health and an uncompromising demand from female consumers for products based on active ingredients, clinical research, and proven field results. The move makes the world of medical–professional skincare accessible to the general public at the click of a button, whether it involves restoring the skin barrier, sun protection, or responding to sensitive skin.

When the kitchen leaves the kitchen

Ahead of the holidays, the kitchen becomes one of the main places in the home. This year at Naaman, design enters the frame and the boundary between cooking utensils, serving items, and design is blurring. Pots and pans do not have to disappear when cooking is done; colors, finishes, and designs allow them to move from the stove to the table.

The question of space gets a creative answer: In kitchens where every centimeter counts, nesting items and removable handles make storage simpler and more convenient.

On the table, a return to items with character is felt. Instead of perfect uniformity, textures, reliefs, asymmetrical shapes, and finishes that highlight the raw material come in. The result: A table that looks less arranged according to a catalog and more warm and inviting, where every item has its own small story.

Social buying

As part of the effort to reduce the family shopping basket and combat the high cost of living in Israel, "The Social Supermarket" from the Histadrut launches a new private label including dozens of essential food, cleaning, and consumer products.

The products are offered at a discount of about 30% compared to the average price in marketing chains, aiming to provide the public with a quality alternative, increase competition in the retail market, and immediately strengthen household purchasing power. The launch of the brand represents another practical step in the Histadrut's commitment to lowering the cost of living and providing real relief for every family's ongoing expenses.

Spending time in the lounge

If you like to start your vacation before takeoff, a new option awaits at Terminal 3: A luxury lounge from Jetex of the UAE–an operator of lounges and private aviation terminals in over 40 destinations worldwide, and LAYAM from the Teddy Sagi Group, which deals in retail and services at seaports and airports in Israel.

The first lounge opened is located in the duty-free complex near the synagogue and was designed according to the global luxury standard and specifications of Jetex. Responsible for the interior design are Michael Azoulay Studio and Yaara Gooner, Teddy Sagi Group architect, who is responsible among other things for the design line of the group's assets worldwide. The two chose warm earth tones, natural materials, and soft lighting. The result: An intimate space with small seating areas and work areas, suitable for a pre-flight coffee, a business meeting, and quiet time.

In the culinary department, chef Eitan Mizrahi built a menu with an Israeli character. Among the dishes: "Poni" bourekas straight from Levinsky Market, cakes and cookies by Dudu Otmezgin, Nespresso coffee, and a bar featuring a variety of premium alcohol brands. (The second lounge is expected to open in the coming months).

Among those eligible for free entry: Premium class passengers, eligible club members, and American Express customers holding luxury cards upon presenting the physical card–not in a digital wallet. Guest entry will be allowed according to the conditions appearing on the American Express website, pursuant to an exclusive agreement (in the credit card field) between American Express and Jetex. One-time entry can be purchased at a cost of $100 per person. And for those who like to arrange things before arriving at the airport, Jetex and LAYAM operate a digital customer club through which you can book services, track flight times, and accumulate benefits.

Earning your stripes

There are packages you buy for what is inside them, and some continue living in the kitchen even after the product is finished. That is the point of the new package from Pivetti–premium Italian flour in a designed tin box that would be a shame to hide in the cupboard.

The box, featuring stripes of red, yellow, blue, or green and the traditional harvester figure identified with the brand, is much more than packaging: It is suitable for reuse, storage, or serving as a gift with a cake, challah, or cookies you baked. Inside the box, everything needed to open a small bakery at home awaits: Italian white flour for cakes, challah, or self-rising, along with a recipe booklet that makes you want to turn on the oven.

Behind the flour stands one of the leading flour mills in Italy, located in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, one of the country's most fertile regions. The mill has been operating for over 150 years, combining agricultural tradition passed down from generation to generation alongside advanced technology.

Pivetti's flour is produced from the core of the wheat kernel without additives or bran. The high protein content comes from the kernel itself, and it does not require additional sifting, saving a step in the baking process and helping achieve consistent results: High, risen, and exceptionally airy baked goods.

In short, a bit of Italy in the kitchen, a splash of color on the counter, and plenty of reasons to bake.

From the Golan to the glass

There are wines that bring a story of a place, and the new Scoria Bashan is precisely that: A white wine that captures the character of the southern Golan Heights in a glass: The soil, climate, scenery, and precise winemaking.

The wine is a blend of two white varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The former gives it freshness and citrus aromas, while the latter adds depth and complexity. The result: A balanced wine with a refined body, pleasant acidity, and delicate minerality, with aromas and flavors of grapefruit, green apple, and lime.

Scoria Winery, located in the southern Golan Heights, focuses on creating wines that express the local identity of the growing region and the connection between terroir and winemaking. The wine is marketed by The Scottish, the wine and spirits division of Israco.
