A man was fatally stabbed during a fight in Jerusalem's Nahlaot neighborhood on Saturday, according to a statement by the Israel Police.
The 19-year-old victim was initially evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center before being pronounced dead, according to United Hatzalah.
MDA paramedic Nachman Shai Ravivo described his experience upon arriving at the scene, saying he saw the victim "lying on the floor with penetrating injuries, without a pulse and not breathing."
"We provided him with initial medical treatment, including prolonged CPR," said Ravivo.
The Israel Police suspect the incident is criminal in nature, with Jerusalem District Police Chief Avshalom Peled arriving on scene to collect evidence and search for the perpetrators.
Jaffa gunshot victim in critical condition
Earlier on Saturday, a man in his 30s was critically injured after a shooting on Jerusalem Boulevard in Jaffa, according to Ynet News.
The victim was evacuated by MDA paramedics to Wolfson Medical Center in Holon.
According to the Israel Police, the incident is being treated as a criminal case.
Also on Saturday, Walla reported that two men in their 30s were wounded in a stabbing along Haifa's Student Beach.
The two victims were transported to Rambam Hospital in serious condition.
"We saw the injured lying on the floor, fully conscious and suffering from serious penetrating injuries to their bodies," said MDA paramedics on scene. "We provided them with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated them to the hospital."
