Air Haifa signed a partnership agreement with the Israel Credit Cards (Cal) FlyAll credit card, allowing cardholders to redeem reward flights and other services from the airline, the companies jointly announced on Wednesday.

The agreement marks the Haifa-based carrier's first credit card partnership, with FlyAll as the only travel-focused credit card offering reward ticket redemption across all four Israeli airlines, including Israir, Arkia, and El Al.

Launched in September 2024, Air Haifa is Israel's newest airline and the first based in northern Israel, with a small fleet of ATR-72-600 aircraft and a focus on domestic and nearby Mediterranean destinations.

Although the airline is based at Haifa Airport, it recently began flights between central and southern Israel via its Ben-Gurion Airport-Ramon Airport route.

The airline has operated out of Ben-Gurion before, having initially launched its inaugural flight and subsequent early operations from the Tel Aviv-area airport as operations in northern Israel were hindered at the time by Hezbollah rocket fire from Lebanon.

Air Haifa CEO: FlyAll partnership makes airline more 'accessible,' 'affordable'

Air Haifa co-founder Michael Strassburger described the new FlyAll partnership as "another step toward expanding the options available to travelers, allowing them to enjoy Air Haifa flights to a variety of destinations both in Israel and abroad."

"We are pleased to offer cardholders an additional, cost-effective way to book flights using the funds they have accumulated, making our flights accessible and affordable to a wider audience," he said.

FlyAll CEO Anat Zeldati echoed Strassburger's sentiment, emphasizing the credit card's status as "the only travel platform that consolidates flights from all four Israeli airlines, alongside international carriers, hotels, vacation packages, and experiences, in one place."

"This partnership represents a union between two brands that dare to challenge the status quo and unlock new possibilities for the Israeli consumer," she said. "Together, we are transforming this boldness into tangible value for our customers, offering more options, greater freedom of choice, and more opportunities to take a vacation."

FlyAll's 200,000-strong customer base

Cal Deputy CEO and Private Customers Division chief Yaron Tiktin also commented on the partnership, citing it, and the FlyAll card in general, as evidence that the company "offers the best value to its customers."

"Funds accumulated through everyday purchases can be turned into a real vacation, with more redemption options and greater freedom of choice," said Tiktin. "This is part of our strategy to provide customers with tangible, relevant value, including within the travel sector."

According to Tiktin, around 200,000 FlyAll cardholders have joined so far, a number he says was reached in about four months.
